totally kidding!!... i would like to start off with an official birthday shout-out:
Happy 21st Birthday Erin Marie Donovan! Although we're in london and it is legal for you to drink, you can now officially buy beer when you get back to the state. Hope you have a fabulous birthday, and enjoy your first drink! (well... legal drink!)
Well because it is my girls 21st birthday, we had to do it up!
It started at midnight... with a surprise champagne toast.
yuppp... she was in bed.

After our toast, it was way pasted my bed time! the next morning we woke up at a decent hour and headed to the science museum. its rated one of the top children's museum around here, so obviously we had to go. and sure enough... it was sooo coool! we spent about 3 hours that and then realized that we only tackled the back part of the museum. it would have taken us an entire day to make it all the way around.

and let me tell you, not easy to pull off as a surprise. since last week i have tried to plan things for erins birthday, but she made it almost impossible for me to do anything. one day i was going to run out and get her birthday gift. so when she asked what time i had class til i lied and said 4. sure enough, i ran into her on campus and she asked to see what classes i had, and saw that i was done with class at 2. so she waited for me so we could ride the tube home. granted another day i would have loved this.. but not that day. all i wanted to do was get her gift... fail.
long story short, between me and the girls (who saved me butt!) we managed to pull everything off, and as a surprise!!!

overall. i think erin had a good 21st birthday!! it was a fun but stressful day. i was just exhausted and wanted to go to sleep, but im glad i didnt! unfortunately i had class the next morning at 10 am (wahhh) so i couldn't stay out that late with the birthday girl, but we will be celebrating this weekend with chelsey and alexa come to visit. yay!!
